At Nori, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@norilivings.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, washed, or removed from their original condition.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, worn, stained, damaged, or altered.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Items returned without proof of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items, unless defective or damaged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
